LIBRARY 26


Our library opened on January 3, 1955. Housed in an old building at 13 Leo Tolstoy Street.

    Until the 90s of the twentieth century. our library was named after N. A. Ostrovsky. Now it is known to readers as "Department of Culture Central City Library System For Children Odessa city Library - Branch 26"


The very first book that appeared in the library fund is "Pushkin's Tales".

Today the library fund amounts to almost 16,000 thousand books and is regularly updated with new items.

        In our library, everyone can choose books for every taste, from 0 to ∞.

  

        Thanks to our library, more than one generation of readers has joined this

fun activities like reading.

      Also, in our library there is a Guardian - this is the cat Bonifacio, who has been living in the library since 2015 and gladly welcomes our visitors.
